Hollywood Chamber launches luxury hotel and residences brand for global expansion
New portfolio blends cinematic luxury with local culture
DUBAI – The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, the organisation behind the world-famous Hollywood Sign and Hollywood Walk of Fame, is making its first major move into the luxury hospitality sector through the launch of Hollywood Hotels & Residences.
The initiative marks a significant expansion of the Hollywood brand beyond entertainment and tourism. It comes through a strategic partnership with The Scene Hotels & Resorts, which will develop and manage the new global portfolio.
The launch follows the announcement of a 20-year partnership between the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and The Scene Hotels & Resorts. The agreement aims to bring the glamour and creative spirit associated with Hollywood to luxury destinations across the world through hotels, branded residences and lifestyle experiences.
Scene Hotels & Resorts
The Scene Hotels & Resorts, which brings more than 40 years of combined expertise in hospitality, travel and brand development, will oversee the growth and management of the brand. The company plans to work with hotel owners, investors and real estate developers to create premium properties inspired by Hollywood's entertainment heritage while reflecting the culture and character of each destination.
The portfolio will include luxury accommodation, branded residences, high-end dining concepts, social spaces and curated experiences celebrating both Hollywood's legacy and the identity of the host location. Additional developments are expected to be announced as the portfolio expands.
The partnership between the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and The Scene Hotels & Resorts was brokered by United Talent Agency.
Hollywood Chamber of Commerce
Founded in 1921, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce represents nearly 700 member organisations that collectively employ more than 148,000 people, making it the largest business organisation in Hollywood. The Chamber focuses on strengthening the area's economic vitality, cultural richness and civic well-being while promoting Hollywood as a global centre for entertainment, tourism, investment and innovation.
The organisation is also responsible for preserving and promoting two of Hollywood's best-known landmarks, the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Hollywood Sign.
According to the Chamber, the hospitality venture represents a broader strategy to strengthen Hollywood's international presence by creating new opportunities for tourism, investment and long-term economic growth.
Hollywood Hotels & Residences will position itself as a luxury lifestyle brand, combining cinematic-inspired design with premium hospitality and locally inspired experiences. Each development is intended to capture the energy and glamour associated with Hollywood while offering a destination that reflects the unique character of its location.
